Dr. Robert Cline Lane, MD

So my mother, a 3 year cancer patient at Baptist Health, was taken to the er tonight for severe pain. When Dr Lane walked into the room he promptly asked my Mom, So you’re here for drugs are you? Do when I tell you that I am beyond angry. My parents who are both elderly have NEVER done drugs in their life and then to be treated so rudely by an ER physician just speaks volumes to his character as a man and doctor!!! He should lose his job and his practice licenses immediately. I will be filing a formal complaint Monday morning for his superiors. She has been battling cancer all this time and just Monday requested pain medication for her severe joint and bone pain. Which her oncologist was happy to prescribe for her. Again the first time she has ever requested pain meds. Dr. Lane should be ashamed of himself and the hospital should not tolerate this type of insincere and blatantly rude remarks from anyone on their staff. Especially an ER physician. I pray no one else is subjected… to this heinous treatment and abuse by this so called doctor.
