Dr. Robert Martin Langdon JR., MD

I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 30. I was terrified and had no idea what to expect. Dr. Langdon assured me of what procedures would be done and what the plan of attack would be to fight for my life. That was over 26 years ago. I have found him to be consistently patient, kind, professional, understanding and compassionate. I am so grateful that he is my doctor. I know that I can trust him and that he genuinely cares. Dr. Langdon spent a lot of time with me discussing the specifics of my cancer situation. He was willing to modify my treatment mid-stream, when he learned new research results, and because he knew my desire to go in that type of direction. Thus I found him very well informed, well in touch with his patient's desires, and successful in my treatment!

Dr. Langdon is an outstanding doctor. He knows his patients and is very very good at his profession.

Very competent and considerate. Specializes in Blood Cancers such as Leukemia and Lymphoma. Considers patient response to Chemotherapy. Treats whole person, not just condition. Refers to other specialists such as immunologists.

There have been some communication issues, where I was not informed of test results until my next appointment and had to quickly make a decision on what course of treatment to take. Being aware of that just meant I contact the office to be sure I get the info...but Dr. Langdon himself has contacted me at home regarding some results.
