He was very rude to me, as I was having a hard time dealing with my condition. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. Shame on him and Avera, I won’t ever go here again.

Dr would not return my call about abdominal pain that lasted for 5 days. Nurse was of no help either. Hospital was exceptional as well as the nurses. I just don't understand why Doctors don't care about their patients. Had I known this would happen, I wouldn't have picked this individual. Still haven't heard back on day 3 of contacting

Had procedure with Dr. Lapp. Appointment was easy to set up, his staff gave me the instructions I needed. He spoke with me prior to the procedure and gave me all the information I needed. He also discussed the findings with me after the procedure. Facility was great. No complaints.

Horrible bedside manner. This man should not be a doctor. Very uncaring, don’t answer ur questions. Only time u get to see him, is before and after ur procedure. Otherwise u see a nurse practitioner. Which are just as horrible as he is. All I wanted was help, and answers. He made me feel like a 2 year old.

Talking to this guy is like a 5 year old asking their mother why they have to eat their vegetables. "Because I said so and I'm a very important doctor. Don't you know that?"
