"Dr laudicino is top notch I can’t express that enough but when it comes to one of his office staff by the name of Debbie she just ruins it for the whole office. Rude and unprofessional is an understatement. I was yelled at told no and hung up on all for a referal something that is in her job description as a medical receptionist. I do not recommend ever stepping foot into this practice only because of this animal by the name of Debbie. Now I know the doctors wife name is Debbie I just really hope it wasn’t her who treated me in such an unprofessional and rude way to where I was shaking and crying. "

Not what he used to be. Needs to change staff and update his treatments. Sad. He was great.

I was upset when he told me I needed Botox. I won’t go back... ever

THE DOCTORS OFFICE IS BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN AND WELCOMING. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND CHEERFUL. THE DOCTOR DOES NOT RUSH AND LISTENS TO ALL YOUR CONCERNS. I RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY!!!

Dr. Laudicino took time with me to answer all my questions, I found he was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable . I will be bring my daughter to him also, great bedside manner!

Dr Laudicino and Dr Napolitano are (or were) great Dr's, however the office staff is the most miserable and horrible you will ever have to deal with. They put on a nice but thin facade. I would NOT recommend this practice until there is a significant change in the office staff attitude and competency level.

I get the best care in docs office; from his very friendly office staff, they go above and beyond! Dr. Laudicino is kind, caring, and listens, the care is excellent! I would not go anywhere else!!

Can't believe I waited so long to see him! Still kind and caring but more importantly extremely knowledgable. He makes me feel comfortable. So glad I re found him!
