Dr. Robert Edward Leblond, MD

This gentleman is the first physician I've encountered within the Prisma Healthcare System I feel I can trust to be fully honest with me. He's thorough, compassionate and takes time to listen. Your time spent with him leaves you feeling that you're under the care of a competent doctor who cares about you.

Dr. LeBlond truly cares about his patients and is one of the most caring physicians I've ever met. I'm retired military and have a lot of man-made holes in my body with corresponding damage. Without his pain management I would have checked out a long time ago. Yes, his office is busy but that is because he is good at what he does. Over the years I've been in a lot of hospitals and seen a lot of Doctors ~ he has helped me more that all of the others combined (except the surgeons)... Great doctor, great guy and he is a Marine veteran. Glad I have him.

Your only son needs you. You left him at 17 years old with thousands of dollars of debt as you stoped paying for his collage. He needs you. What would your patients think if they knew how you treated your only child. your ex-wife trying to get you to respond to us. .

Great doctor who I have seen since 2004. However the staff is not. I've been trying to get his nurse to return my calls for information regarding an up coming procedure and she has not call in over 2 weeks. I have left a message for the office manager today. We will see is she will call. If not I will have cancell procedure. Very unprofessional. They have gone down hill since being taken over by GHS.

Questions aren't always answered. Medicine isn't always called in to pharmacy when patients need refills.

Great Doctor, been with Dr. LeBlond for 15 and going on 16 years. I considered him a great friend as well. My pain was due to injury & a operation back in 1999. Now that his group has joined GHS it has gone down hill. His Male PA does not listen, and is clueless. He was so clueless that Dr. LeBlond said that I should never see him but with the GHS merger that has changed. The staff members started treating me like a drug addict. The PA changed Meds with out even telling me, they never return phone calls and if they do they can not communicate the info to the doctor. I would give doctor Lebond 20 stars but it is not just one person. Today I interveiwed a new doctor and plan on interviewing others later in the week. It is with great regret that I must leave the doctor that I so admired over the past 15 years but the staff and system can really hurt you. Also GHS had mixed my records up with another person of the same name but different address ss# and DOB, so all test have not reflected… my current situation. Because of all the above I give GSH one star and I can not do any better for the person I have trusted so much over they years.

I only get to see him once a year, b/c he is so booked. He relies on his PA to make decisions for him. Dr. Lablond orders one procedure and his PA over rides him and cancels it! Who is the doctor. Just keeping me on pain pills.

Need a lot of work on the Administrative side...

One of the absolute best physicians I have ever had. I'm 70+, retired military and have a badly damaged body (totally disabled). Dr. LeBlond is an incredible physician. None better.

I was really upset to see a staff person review on how much they hated pain patients , comparing them to heroin addicts. I did not prescribe my medications. I follow doctors orders and only take meds as prescribed. I realize some patients abuse their meds, but do not punish me for them. If that staff or any staff member feels that way perhaps they are in the wrong profession. I have a serious physical problem that causes severe pain. I do hope any petson that feels like that staff member never has to deal with what I do on a daily basis. I trust in my doctors to care for me. If that staff person thinks if patients that way, do they also think the doctors are pushers? Shame on the staff person.
