Dr. Robert Louis Lee, MD

The staff and Dr do not show compassion, kindness or care. Dr Lee is very arrogant and makes light of serious situations.

Dr. Lee is a great doctor. He listens to me and is very professional in his demeanor. I like talking to him as he understands what I am saying. He is great

As a new patient it took being put on hold by who identified themselves as the office manager 3 times. My experience at the front desk was just as bad. Unfriendly and rude. I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to the doctor. He was scruffy and seemed a little preoccupied. I had blood drawn and have yet to get results. Needless to say I will be changing doctors. No second chances.

Dr. Lee, with some exceptions, has a terrible staff and he is not in touch with how his staff treats his patients. Very bad business manager and good luck getting your prescription filled.

First off Dr Lee can not keep an appointment on time. Expect a wait of at least an hour on an early appointment and longer if you are in the afternoon. His staff has screwed up getting prescriptions to the pharmacy on time (then they left for the weekend on a Friday afternoon and left no answering machine on their phone) and failed to test properly for specific items on blood work, despite me reminding them. I wonder if they listen to their patiences at all?

I first met Dr Lee when I had to talk to him about diabetes. I think we talked for 1 or hours. He did make sure I understood everything. Sometimes it takes more time to see him, but I think he is being thorough with another patient. Bottom line is he takes time with every patient.

During a very difficult time in my lift Dr. Lee took an extensive amount of time talking to me regarding my personal issues. I highly recommend Dr. Lee.

Best doctor I've ever seen. He is real and takes the time to explain your condition. Your treated as a person and not just a number. Would highly recommend.

I've been using Dr Lee for 10 years. He always listens, empathizes, great bedside manner. I have not always been impressed with office staff's organization or courtesy.

He is rude and does not care about our time. We have to wait one to two hours every visit.
