Dr. Robert Andrew Lefkowitz, MD

I am a radiologist who subspecializes in musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, and urologic neoplasms. Clinically, I have expertise with CT (including specialized studies such as CT angiography, CT urography, lung cancer screening, and musculoskeletal imaging), MRI (general abdominal, musculoskeletal, and prostate imaging with spectroscopy), fluoroscopy (for gastrointestinal studies), and plain film radiography, including urologic studies. My research activities have included the imaging of gastric and esophageal cancers, evaluation of hepatobiliary tumors utilizing MRI, assessment of the accuracy of CT urography, and cross-sectional imaging of recurrent soft tissue and bone sarcomas. I frequently work closely with surgeons who require information from cross-sectional imaging to help guide their surgical decisions.
