Dr Leinbach saved my life. I had tonsil cancer and he did my surgery and made sure my course of treatment was solid. He and his staff are extremely caring and professional. Cannot say enough about this doctor.

I've managed medical offices so I can be equally critical and forgiving. This practice was flawless IN EVERY WAY! My treament required multiple visits and each time the experience in both locaions was the same. The staff is well trained (beyond their positions) and very professional yet they are light hearted. I had a question inbetween appointments and my call was returned almost immediately and the nurse had the answer. Rare to get that level of expertise and service. This office chooses and trains their staff well and trusts them. You can tell they work well as a team. The office is very busy but functions so well you would never know. The fees were reasonable and I bet if I could not pay that day for whatever reason no one would have made a big issue. There are no menacing messages about payment, missing your appointment and the new patient form was not overburdened with demands and legalities. For the first time in forever there was mutual respect between provider and patient. I… don't know if this magic only happens there or if Cornerstone sets the tone but I will contact Cornerstone for future referrals and telling everyone to do the same. The physician was great, treated me efficiently, thoroughly and gave me the scoop straight up. This guy stocks an unusual eardrop so his patients don't have the hassle finding it. One more thing, as a grown up it is tough to admit you are suffering, I was stoic, didn't tell the dr but later it was worse. I called the nurse who was wonderful, my misery was acknowledged and treated without a fuss. Wow. Bizarre-O world. Thank you Dr. Leinbach and staff, please don't change a thing.
