Dr. Leland did wonderful on my surgery. He is very easy going a personable.

Dr. Leland was on call when my severely autistic, non-verbal adult son broke his humerus. The doc was kind, compassionate and understanding. Explained the entire surgical procedure thoroughly, and answered any questions. He also spoke directly to my son, which some professionals completely miss the fact that just because my son is non-verbal, doesn’t mean he doesn’t understand. Our first follow up visit was also an excellent experience. Doc remembered my son likes Michael Jackson, which warmed my heart. I would highly recommend Dr. Leland to anyone in need of top notch orthopedic care.

I found Dr. Leland through my healthcare application as an in network provider. I blindly made the appointment as I was having pain in my left foot from a historical injury. The staff got me in to see him immediately, which was very surprising in today’s medical age, and upon arrival, the front desk was very helpful and kind. The wait was very minimal to see Dr. Leland and they also did x-rays in the office. I’m very happy overall with my first experience with the team and I really enjoy Dr. Leland‘s communication and his overall authenticity as a good human being. My only ask would be to cover and discuss the x-rays which I did not see but was very curious to see. Other than that I would recommend visiting and I will return for my future orthopedic needs.

OCC in Golden is a very efficient office, everyone is very knowledgeable and there is no waiting. It's so refreshing for a doctor's office to show respect for my time! Dr Leland was amazing! He explained everything, answered all my questions, saw me when I was concerned but had no appointment and was very reassuring all the way through the process.

Dr Leland is a professional, courteous, honest and wicked smart healer. During my consult he evaluated my broken ankle and explained why he was repairing it in the way he thought was best. As an active athletic older woman, I wanted the best repair for the best result. He explained why full recovery would take 6 months and exactly what I would need to do for the best long-term outcome. He genuinely wants the best results for me so I can fully ski, hike, mountain bike and backpack again. The staff at Cornerstone surgery center were attentive, friendly, competent and caring. The entire experience from X-rays and consult to surgery and post care has been very positive and complete.

I'm very fortunate to have Dr. Leland treat me for a ruptured Achilles. He took a progressive approach with my recovery and had me mobilized early in the recovery process. If you're looking for a practice, I highly recommend Dr. Leland and his supportive team.
