Dr. Lemke is wonderful! I had a lot of reservations going into my extraction and called last minute ready to cancel! He took the time to speak to me again on the phone and explain his method and why it works so well. I felt at ease with his knowledge. It’s not often doctors take the time to graciously explain things to patients, especially ones like me who love to challenge everything. I opted for the PRP and I have to say it made a world of difference! I had all four teeth removed and I took 1 ibuprofen a day for about three days because my pain was that tolerable. You cannot put a price on the benefits of speeding up the healing process and minimizing pain that drastically! I am completely satisfied with my experience and I highly recommend Dr. Lemke! He knows what he is doing and it may be different but it is a game changer!

Dr. Lemke has done several implants on me and everything has gone extremely well! He is knowledgeable, kind and funny! He knows his stuff. My husband is a dentist and we refer any patient's with Oral Surgery needs to Dr. Lemke because of the level of trust we have in him.

Dr. Lemke and his staff are simply amazing. I was referred to Dr. Lemke for an oral surgery that I was very nervous about. I also had another pre-existing condition that made surgery a little bigger deal than the average person. Dr. Lemke made sure I was 100% taken care of. He communicated with my other Doctor to make sure surgery was safe for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Lemke to anyone needing oral care. His staff is also very friendly and easy to work with. One of his assistants, Henry, will have you laughing and feeling right at ease. My surgery went seamlessly. Dr. Lemke even personally called and followed up with me later that day to make sure I was comfortable and feeling okay.

I have had two molar extractions and a dental implant performed by Dr. Lemke and am awaiting installation of a second implant. Prior to the first procedure in preparation for getting an implant, I was somewhat apprehensive after listening to the experiences other folks have had with their dentists. However, the entire procedure from extraction to installation of the implant could not have gone better. Throughout the extraction process and implant installation I had no problems whatsoever. No bruising, no swelling, no bleeding, and no pain. I followed Dr. Lemke's instructions leading up to and following the procedures and everything went better than I ever imagined. Dr. Lemke and his staff are very capable and caring. I've had my first implant for several years with no problems and anticipate the same experience with the upcoming implant.

To God be the glory. He has blessed us with a doctor who has knowledge, skills and technology to be the best in his craft. I am a witness I had very little pain and swelling I was very surprised because I had heard all the horror stories and was scared too death. Don't believe all you hear try Dr. Lemke and you will experience the same as I did, don't be afraid he told me and he was correct. I was referred to Dr Lemke by 7 to 7 Dental for the removal of impacted salivary glands. The first visit was a quick consult where he explained the procedure and the second visit, for the actual procedure, was quick. After my lower lip was numbed, the procedure was complete within 30 minutes with no complications during or after, and recovery was fairly painless. The staff was friendly and courteous and Dr Lemke was a caring professional. I definitely would recommend Dr Lemke to anyone with a similar problem.

Dr. Lemke did an excellent job replacing the tooth that I lost. The process is very systematic and straight forward. I highly recommend him because I lost a tooth in an accident and he was able to fix it as if nothing ever happened.

For anyone reading this review, know that it's real and coming from the heart. I'm originally from L.A. Shortly after coming to San Antonio I got a root canal from another doctor. Midway through the procedure it was explained that the tooth wasn't savable any longer and thus needed to be extracted. This was traumatic news because I was already missing a major molar right next to it. Not wishing to have a huge gap on my lower right jaw, I now found myself needing two dental implants in order to maintain the ability to comfortably chew. Unfortunately, because I'm new in town and without any family or old friends to call upon. I found it necessary to not have any sedation for the dental implant procedure in order to drive myself home. This was somewhat scary. It wasn't one implant but two that were being put in. I'm very happy to report that even without any sedation (just a local anesthesia) the procedure went extremely well. The pain was minimal. I'm now on my 4th day of recovery… and must say that everything is looking perfectly fine. There are no complications. The initial swelling is already gone. In addition to the "excellent" job Dr. Lemke did, his nurse Cari was also tremendously helpful in explaining my meds and making herself available for further questions should they arise. I cannot praise Dr. Lemke and his nursing staff high enough. I am thoroughly pleased with the results and can confidently recommend Dr. Lemke to anyone needing implants in Central TX.
