Dr. Robert William Levin, MD

The doctor seemed knowledgeable enough and I was satisfied with the treatment he provided, however I will never go back because of the consistently rude an unprofessional behavior or everyone else who works there. If he has clue about how offputting his workers are, well he should get rid of them all and start over. If he doesn't have a clue, well he needs better business sense.

After waiting months and then 2 hours the day of the appointment, I was very excited to see Dr. Levin and hopeful for answers. Unfortunately, I did not get any of that. I thought he was very rude because my symptoms are mostly cosmetic and he implied that my life has not been impacted which is far from the case. I cannot leave my house on most days for 3 months. I can't work. My relationship has ended. My life has changed drastically. I left the appointment with no answers and more depressed than I was when I got there. I did, however, really like Dr. Levin's nurse when I met with her the first visit. She was really nice and smart and gave me the time I feel I deserved. Will not be going back to see Dr. Levin.

Dr Levin is the best RA in the world. On a scale of 1 to 10 he is a 10 +.

Worst wait time for a doctor EVER. The office staff is polite enough, at best, but they're scheduling and time management skills are ABYSMAL.

My son has been a patient of Dr Levin for four years. He always takes time to Discuss my son's concerns. There usually is a wait but we feel confident in his physician skills, so we don't mind waiting.

I've been to Dr. Levin 5 times now, and NEVER waited for less than an hour (once an hour and 45 minutes). The office staff (supervised by Dr. Levin's mother) is pleasant enough, but has no interest in fixing their scheduling issues. I am told by my GP that Dr. Levin is a very good rheumatologist, however. I suppose that is why he can afford to waste his patients' time. After my first experience I always schedule my appts first in the am or first after the lunch break (2pm), but that doesn't seem to make much difference to wait time. Today I was told that an appointment I scheduled 3 months in advance is cancelled because the Dr. has decided to go on vacation. The 2pm slots are already full 3 months out (his other patients know about the scheduling issue). I am changing doctors. There are several in the area with as many stars.

The best RA doctor I have found in FL. and one of the best I have had since diagnosed with RA. I was diagnosed at age 5 and am now 60. I stayed for many years as a child at National Institute of Health in Bethesda MD. So I speak with knowledge of what makes a good doctor. His knowledge of new treatments and how to apply them to your particular needs are spot on. Highly recommend!

Dr. Robert Levin gave me back time with my little girl and husband. His knowledge of rare autoimmune illnesses and the latest and best ways to treat them was just what I needed as I found myself in crisis. A big heart felt thank you, not only from me but my family.

Waited nearly 2 hrs. Doctor blew me off so he could sit on a stool in the hall and chat with a pharmaceutical rep instead, so he sent in a nurse to take his place. I could hear him talking in the hall while I sat abandoned in an exam room. Jackie, the receptionist, is not very nice. I guess the arrogance rubs off in that office.

Jackie is very rude and imperious by phone. Time for a new staff.
