Rude receptionist

Very knowledgeable and patient!

I brought my squirming 9-month-old in for a well visit. While checking her ears, Dr. Moses grabbed her head tightly LEAVING MARKS ON HER SKIN that took 30 minutes to fade. I told Dr. Levy and HE GOT HOSTILE AT ME saying "Dr. Moses HAS to do his job". So if you bring your child here, know that THE DOCTOR'S TIME is what's important. They won't ask you to help prevent your child from squirming. I won't be back.

Let me start by saying this is the best pediatrician ever! We bring all of our kids here and they absolutely love Dr. Levy. He is so kind and soft spoken. I usually come in with a list of questions and Dr. Levy answers ALL of them! He's so nice and so reassuring. The office is so kid friendly. They have cute little tables for the kids. Staff is friendly and helpful. We just love it here!

I enjoyed having a conversation versus listening to a lecture.

I transferred to this office because of problems with my previous pediatrician. The doctors took their time and explained why my child had a cough that never went away. They have been just as nice with my baby girl.

I went to Dr. Levy for 17 years and was very sick throughout my childhood. He is the most thorough, compassionate, and overall amazing pediatrician out there. I'm 29 now and I feel like he's a part of my family...my whole family goes to him, my nieces, nephew, cousins, and my daughter all go to him and I recommend him to everyone. If you want a great doctor that truly cares about every patient and takes his time with you to answer all your questions, go to him :-)

I really like Dr. Levy. He is super nice and my kids love him. However, the girls at the front desk are rude and make you feel like you are wasting their time. I have contemplated switching doctors because if them and I have been going there for 4 years.

i took my twins to this office having just moved here from the chicago area. We were happy with our previous pediatrician but this represented a definite upgrade. Dr. Levy talked to both my daughters and me (wasn't used to that). He then examined my kids in detail before suggesting a plan to manage their allergies. We were all happy with the experience and have recommended the practice to my husband's coworkers.

This office was recommended to me from a neighbor. I was reluctant at first being a new resident to the state. I took my son in, didn't feel comfortable. I couldn't find another pedi so I had to take him back for a follow up from an ER visit and they were rude w/ me on the phone, doc only spent a few sec w/ us b4 shipping us off for more tests. Came back, talked to me like I was stupid and made my whole family feel uncomfortable. Left us in a room w/ the door open where we could hear the back office staff chattering and he never came back. I left and will never go back. I feel he misdiagnosed my son and now he's having more issues then before. Sad very sad. I guess you have to be a long term patient in order to get the nice treatment.
