Bob was the best doctor I have ever worked with... sad to see him retire

Dr. Lilli gives you the kind of care and attention that you would expect from your closest personal friend. He is kind and reassuring. He always tries a conservative approach first. I have gone to him for over 14 years and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Lilli has saved my life twice! His diagnoses (plural intended) are right on. One time he just looked at me and said, "I want you to have __________ checked." It was a backwards glance on is way out the door after seeing me for something unrelated - it was cancer. Outstanding. The other time, I had a substantial blockage in a major artery. He diagnosed it correctly and saved me from major damage or maybe my life. Exceptional! I have recommended him on many occasions and will continue to do so. I am saddened about the negative comments on his staff. They have been very cooperative with me always. I go in for regular checkups and I understand they are very busy; and, I know Dr Lilli is busy as well.(Isn't that a good sign?) The staff has many important things to do efficiently and don't have time to listen to long stories. If one is rude or uncaring, it is the responsibility of the patient or someone on your behalf to bring those actions to the attention of the doctor. … He is the one to handle the situation with his nurse/staff.

Doctor Lilly is great. He always listens to you and really knows what he is doing. His office staff on the other hand is a NIGHTMARE. They are rude to everyone and act like you have no right to be there. I called once to get antibiotics before I went to the dentist(which the doc had told me to do and that I would not need an appt) and the nurse kept arguing with me. she wanted me to come in and did not have an appt for a week! She would not ask the doctor about it, just kept insisting that I make an appt. I also tried to get my husband set up for an appt when he was very sick and she told me it would be 4 months before they could see him! When I asked why she said because it had been 3 years since his last visit (which was false, he had been in the year before and I had the paperwork to prove it). Hated to leave Dr Lilli but I can't stand the staff and had to.

I have seen Dr. Lilli for over 15 years. I find him to be very practical and very knowledgeable. He always takes the time needed and I never feel like he is too busy to see me. He has a very common sense approach to medicine which I appreciate. He will also tell you up front what he sees as the problem - without trying to make it seem better or seem worse than it likely is.

Took 30 days to get test results.

Dr. Lilli is great but his office staff needs a push to be as great. His nurse practitioner was a little rushed and I spent 10 minutes with her for a well visit! No mention of my weight (which I know is high) and she took my blood pressure (it was high, and usually isn't) and didn't say anything until I said I didn't like it! Love Dr. Lilli, he always spends time to talk about things when I have been in with him!

His bedside manner is great! I never feel rushed during my visit with him, thus making me feel like a person and not just another one of his patients. I wish his staff was just as great.

Dr. Lilli is awesome. His nurses on the other hand, not so much.
