Dr. Robert Sam Lingamfelter, DO

Between Feb. 2016 and June 2016, the people responsible for paperwork screwed up so badly that we switched doctors in July, filed a complaint with the police (and the FTC for our bank's involvement with the problem)for problems in March, and are currently considering a civil lawsuit to resolve the problems caused by mishandling of insurance paperwork that has caused serious financial and emotional harm. I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Lingamfelter and staff. Excellent service.

No complaints at all. Nurse is exceptionally helpful.

Staff are rude and incompetent. Will send prescriptions to wrong pharmacies repeatedly leaving patient without medications for days and are then rude and unapologetic about it. This behavior sadly was then supported by the physician.

Shows legitimate concern for all members of my family. Follows up on test results promptly. Trust him completely.

Don't waste your time. I had an apt with him and he was rude, minimized why I was there and was not helpful at all. I will have to pay to see another physician for my issue.

I have personally found Dr. Sam to be very helpful, and he literally saved me from excruciating pain with a prescription of serious anti-inflammatory meds. He was also able, with my pre-existing medical records, to continue my prescriptions normally after I moved here.
