I had to leave Whiteoak family Dental because Dr Bob didn't provide the necessary treatment for my situation. I pointed out the pain in a tooth and rapid gum recession of my four front teeth to the Dr after I receive a blow to the front of my mouth. My symptoms were discounted by Dr Luszczak as age related when in fact the impact cracked the tooth. After consulting another dentist for a second opinion he also noted that an impact to a tooth more often than not, will have a high probability of tearing blood vessels away from root and the bone and can cause irreparable damage if not treated promptly., The fact that Dr Luszczak didn't take the necessary action in a timely manner ,lead to an abscess on my tooth that got bad enough to eat away at the surrounding bone to the point that there was no bone in front of the root of the tooth and it also lead to bone recession to the surrounding teeth. In short, I not only have to replace that front tooth and have bone added to my jaw but now my… other 3 front teeth are so loose, that a bone graft will be necessary and the teeth will need to be replaced
