The main girl in the office is so efficient. Always takes care of things. Dr Lynch has always been a good dr to me

I think Dr Lynch and his staff go above and beyond. Some of these other reviews seem like patients who wanted pain medicine and couldn’t get it!!!

I WAS A PATIENT AND NEVER REALLY LIKE HIM THAT MUCH. ON MY PRESCRIPTIONS I REUEST BRAND ONLY AND IT'S BEEN THAT WAY SINCE I WAS HIS PATIENT. EVERY TIME I HAVE TO RETURN TO HIS OFFICE TO GET HIM TO PUT IT ON. REBECCA THE SECRETARY WAS AWARE. I TOOK THE PAPER COPIES TO THE OFFICE WITHOUT AN APPT. SHE SAID TO LEAVE THEM AND THEY WOULD MAIL THEM BECAUSE I HAD ALL THE INFORMATION CAREMARK WANTED ON THE PRESCRIPTION AND I HAD A STAMPED SELF ADDRESSES ENVELOPE SO IT WAS READY TO DO. THE PRESCRIPTION PAPERS NEVER GOT THERE AND ALLEGEDY I BELIEVE THEY TRASHED THEM. REBECCA SAID HE WROTE OUT ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION WHEN HE NEVER DOES WITH ME. WHERE DID MY COPIES GO? I AM SUFFERING NOW BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT ULTRAM FOR WEEKS. IT WAS AROUND LABOR DAY ND REBECCAS EXCUSE WAS THE HOLIDAY. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM MAILING THEM AND GETTING TO CAREMARK. TO THIS VERY DAY, CAREMARKHS NOT RECEVED THEM. THEY DID NOT LIKE ME EVEN THOUGH THEY WOULD NOT ADMIT ITANDI DID NOTHING TO DESERVE THIS. IF I… COULD GIVE HIM A ZERO THAT WOULD BE HIS RATING.

Since the beginning of my time visiting Dr Lynch he has gotten additional office staff which makes the coming and going in the office easier. I have had no problems getting a hold of a representative, there are no Press # 1 to talk to so and so options , which I greatly appreciate. Dr Lynch does a full head to toe bedside assessment, however, leaves doesn't ask many questions and and has a dry bed side manner ( professional, just all business).

This dr. has no time to discuss anything with a patient. He comes in, shakes my hand, asks how I've been, and says" I'll send your prescriptions to the pharmacy" and walks out. ONe time I told him I had to discuss something with him, and he sat down (really hard) in a chair, and wouldn't even look at me! He sat there like a "bull," like I was infringing on his time! He says: "go ahead!" real quickly, and I have to talk so fast I forget half of what I want to tell him! I am always angry when I leave his office because of the manner in which I'm treated, like I am just wasting his time! He is paid well for my office visits, and he need to start being professional, and treating his patients like other drs. do!

Unfortunately after the unprofessional phone etiquette and incredibly rude office manager my children were never seen by Dr. Lynch. I chose not to make an appointment after the initial phone call made. Very rude staff, not empathetic or any implication of interpersonal skills. When I asked for the Dr. Lynch email address, I was refused any assistance. I didn't see the point of leaving a message, I highly doubt he would have received it. I don't want to imply he is not a good Dr. I never had the opportunity to find out due the conduct of his office staff.
