Dr. Robert Walter Mandal, MD

Dr. Mandal literally spends 60 seconds each time I have seen him. I try and ask questions, but he is in too much of a hurry and makes you feel rushed. You will have to wait 45 to 60 minutes to see him. He has never once been on time or even close to my appt time. You see an oncologist because you are most likely ill and have concerns and questions, for this reason alone please consider a different doctor, as he will not take the time needed to listen to your concerns.

This was an awful experience. The waiting room was crowded and the staff didn't seem to know who had checked in an who had not. There were actually (seriously!) metal folding chairs in the waiting room that people were sitting on. Dr. Mandal was so uninterested, rushed and rude. Thankfully there are a ton of other oncologists out there. Perhaps there is a reason this doctor hasn't stayed in one practice for very long. Felt I had to take a shower after this appointment.

Dr. Mandal brought me thru a very ruff patch of my life, when I was diagnosed with NHL cancer. He was exceptional, very informative and a down to business approach. I have him to thank for my 6+ years clean. Thanks Dr. Mandal I will always remember you..
