I have went to this office twice and the second time things were still the same. It is hectic in this office. The wait time is more than 30 minutes when I am coming for an appointment. It is one thing to wait in the office but once in back you have to wait again for over 30 minutes for the doctor. Once the doctor comes he doesn't introduce himself, he just starts working in your children's mouth. Then once your done you have to wait again for more than 20 minutes to check out due to the staff not getting the proper information regarding your paperwork. I definitely won't be back here. Please don't have a question at the check out desk which is located in the lobby where you check in at with the rest of the world. I asked if my children teeth were still sealed. The doctor had a problem with this question. He began to fuss at me over the counter in front of my child. Then he became very aggressive and began to talk down to me. I quickly let him know that I was not a child. Some people… cannot not run a business and work in the office. I found that out as I was waiting on my paperwork to get out of this office. It was ridiculous and this man should not be in business.
