He stated that neither I nor my wife who also went as a first time patient didn't need a thorough exam because "you are Italian" meaning that we have olive Italian skin based upon our last name. For both myself and my wife, each of our time with the doctor was less than 5 minutes. He and his assistant walked around with clipboards of those he was seeing. This was like an old fashioned factory assembly line. His exams were wanting and demonstrated from our previous experiences that they lacked any true assessment. It was almost as if he just didn't want to be there. At my request, he froze a few brown spots using liquid nitrogen solution so that they would within weeks fad and fall off. After 4 weeks when they didn't, I called his office. Staff were very unhelpful and the doctor would not speak with me, the patient. Both my wife ended up having to go see another dermatologist to for the proper standard exams and for a repeat correct treatment for the aforementioned brown spots. And… his unorganized office staff billed my wife and me seven months later for services which left us wanting at best. In all of my years, I have never experienced a more bizarre situation.

Dr. Marcincin will not steer you wrong. If he tells you that surgery is for you, listen to him. If he tells you not to have surgery, listen to him. He is extremely personable, down to earth, and has a huge sense of humor.

He is a wonderful doctor. Very compassionate and caring, spends time and truly cares. Always makes you laugh and makes you feel special.
