I do not recommend this office. Very rude staff. Dr lacks communication with patient.

I highly recommend dr martinez as a physician he has been my three boys physician since birth in which they were all born prematurely. He is very thural and answer all questions and concerns during ever visit.

A Valued Professional Doctor who treats the patient as Family. Clear communication with child and parent. Comfortable atmosphere highly recommend.

Office staff rude and condescending.

My daughter was dI agnostic with congenital heart disease and if you are going to be her new pediatrician I'm guessing you would like to know more about it. As soon as I told the doctor the name he said that's a very complicated diagnoses and that was the end. With my son he was checking him and my son wanted to start a conversation he's almost 2 yrs old he's fascinated by everything but the doctor just checked him and said nothing to him, didn't even look him in the eye. Very rude.

My child is currently a patient of Dr. Martinez. I have been going to his office for 8 yrs. and never waited longer than an 1 hour even during back to school and/or winter season. You must have the wrong DR's OFFICE! Of course they give you same day appointment that's when your child needs to be seen; and it is not about the time the DR spends with the patient it is the result of your child getting better that counts. He is a great DR. and this comment is not changing my mind; for my children are too important to base my choice on an angry person with issues in their life. Parent or Child?

I can not believe the positive reviews for this doctor. I am highly suspicious as to their authenticity. Staff is friendly. They will give you a same day appointment for an unexpected illness. BUT...and you knew this was coming...even with scheduled appointments you will wait 2 to 3 hours to see him. Then he sees your child for only 5 minutes. Not only that but he doesn't even look you in the eye when he speaks. I'm siding with the other reviewer that stated he's only interested in the bottom line. We felt like cattle when we used to see him. Maybe I've been spoiled by some really good doctors that believe in quality healthcare with superb customer service. I'm sorry....but I have a choice and my time is just as valuable as his and I choose NOT to select him as my children's physician.

I would highly recc this man as a pedi dr for anyone with kids.. Very attentive. Treats kids great. And treats the illness not just the symtoms.... Thxs dr.. :)

My children have been under Dr Martinez Care for 12 yrs. and every time they feel sick they say " Take me to see Dr Martinez" because they know he will make them feel better. Parent satisfaction.

Dr. Martinez has always been very patient and courteous with my children. He has also always been very patient with me as a parent and eases my worries if I have any. He is a great pediatrician for my children and a doctor that I would be glad to refer any parent in need of a pediatrician.
