Be sure to make sure they fulfill the things they promise and stay on the staff. I am currently having some work done and needed some antibiotics to keep an infection down until my scheduled appointment. No problem until I ran out of them and the infection returned. I called to arrange for another prescription last week. They took my info, which pharmacy I used and said they would call if they had questions. When I stopped at the pharmacy they had nothing called in or dropped off. The day happened to be a day the dentist was closed so they could not be contacted so I was out of luck. Needless to say I had a painful inflection due to a lack of antibiotics. I also happened to be away on business so it couldn't be addressed until today. So I left my job early to go to their office to get to the bottom of the problem/who dropped the ball with the communication. I did not even get an apology at the office. The receptionist said she passed the info to the correct place but they… did not process it. No one seemed to care/ask how their lack of care impacted me as a person or patient. Instead I got to wait at their office for 45 minutes to get a script handed to me from someone through a half opened door. Awesome, they not only have problems with their patient information process but also with showing that they care about the people they treat. I understand people make mistakes but it how you respond to the mistakes is what makes a difference. I'll finish out the treatment and look for another office.
