I have had 6 operations with dr Marx and dr Tursin over the last four years. Dr Marx says I have one of the worst radiation damage from throat cancer treatments he has seen. Dr Marx is the best. He spends all three time you need explaining what is wrong. I have had a lot if doctors in my 12 year journey with cancer but none come close to his professional demeanor. My wife loves him she says being in his presence is calming and reassuring. He and dr Tursin are a great team. I live 4 hours away but it is worth it. My cancer center oral surgeon who trained at m d Anderson in Houston was the one of many who said to use him. They all said the same thing. Go where they do it all the time these guys live in the operating room. The hospital has a operating room just for them Go to the best.

I can’t rave enough about this physician. He took the time to provide the best treatment when I was diagnosed. I felt that I was in the best hands possible. Nothing beats 49 years of experience in a field. He not only treated me but also my mother.

Dr,Marx really is the very best. I had been to 5 Maxillofacial Surgeons before being lucky enough to see Dr.Marx. My prognosis from others varied from inoperable, or if operated upon would lose my upper teeth teeth & could need plastic surgery & more. Dr.Marx operated & I had no pain, no tooth loss, no plastic surgery and he also did a stem cell replacement and I feel great at almost 90. Thank God for this fine man.

Dr. Marx was a blessing..I was in a bad way and he did surgery on the bones that had started pertruding that was on Friday May 19..today is Easter Sunday..two days later and my family and friends are amazed at how well I am doing..very little discomfort..was able to go about my usual routine. I am so glad my doctor here in Orlando sent me there. Surgery #3 was to place implant posts and prepare new jaw for replacement teeth. Dr Marx is one of the best oral surgeons in the world and Dr Tursun is not to bad himself. If I could give Dr Marx 10 stars I would! Kind, compassionate, understanding, takes his time with me, and always answers my questions. During the scariest time in my life not knowing if my jaw tumor was benign or not he helped me feel confident that no matter the outcome I was in the best hands possible. I traveled 4 hours to be evaluated by him and ultimately he performed my surgery. As scared as I was the morning of my surgery Dr Marx and all the resident doctors made me feel so taken care of. When I woke up from surgery in the recovery room I was told the most amazing news “ the tumor is NOT Cancer”. I’ve had a long road of recovery but I am healing wonderfully! I have been dr marxs patient for a year now. Two major operations back to back because of infection being more than anticipated. The person who said he yelled must have been on something. Dr Marx is the most comforting person I have ever met. He puts you immediately at ease even when the news is not great. His staff is dedicated to him and his patients they have gone overboard for me and my family. All the residents are fabulous. Young and bright who are always there for you. People from all over the world travel to see him and Some of his residents are from far away places . They want to learn under the best. My local cancer hospital doctors sauce they would go to Miami for him to operate on them. I think he has done over 2600 of the jaw removal surgeries. Go where they do it every day (and sometimes 2 or 3 a day!) if anyone would like to communicate with me about him just let me know. Thanks
