Dr. Robert Kepler Matlack, MD

He charges full price for a 5 minute visit. He hangs up while you're in tears telling him you're in crisis and need help. He insists on seeing you every month even though he's not changing your medication. He says he'll write you a prescription if you pass a drug test, which costs $70, and after 3 weeks of back and forth with his office, he says he refuses to write the prescription because you don't have enough of that medication in your system...? He does not care about his patients.

He rushes you out of your appointment in five minutes. He does not care about his patients.

Doesn’t care about his patients. Rushes you out of your appointment in five minutes. Only cares about money. A bad human, period.

Doesn’t care about patients well being and refuses to speak to patients directly over the phone. Don’t waste your time.

Never go there if you need treatment.

Doctor Matlack has treated my child for 13 years. He has done an outstanding job. We just love him !

Long wait in waiting area - spent less then 5 minutes when seen - staff was friendly - too many follow-ups - costly - I felt too many medications were given with odd side effects.

Is not interested in getting to know his patients. Just makes you wait and wait in waiting room and sees you for 5 min tops and sends you out with scripts for pills.

Great help and good service. Really helped with problems.
