In the end, all worked out OK however don't know if I will stay with this practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Bob to anyone I know with children. He shows that he truly cares about your children. One of our children was very sick. We had seen Dr. Bob on a Friday and had to wait on labs. Most Doctors I have known would not think about you until sometime Monday when they HAD to. Not Dr. Bob. He called and checked in with us after hours and on the weekend. I was truly blown away. He also never seems to be rushing to the next patient and shows you that your time is valuable to him. Nothing but A++ from my family about DR. Bob.

Not what we expected. Maybe was good three decades ago, but appears somewhat old school. Missed the boat on diagnosing what was wrong with our child. His peers in Greenwood are much better.

Although Dr Mauro is not our primary pediatrician, our single/one-time experience with him, as the back-up/available ped within the practice, was so terrible that it is likely we will transfer our children to a new pediatric practice.

Love Dr. Bob! He was recommended by a friend while I was pregnant with my first child. We have been seeing him for over nine years. He is extraordinary in his knowledge. And, his bedside manner when "being" with his Patient is awesome. He also keeps an open, conversational communication with the Parent(s). My kids love him. I also appreciate the fact that he does not promote unnecessary medication (over-the-counter cold medicines, as well as other medications).He is a wonderfully skilled Pediatrician, and I would highly recommend him, or any of the other Doctor's at Greenwood Pediatrics.
