Dr. Robert Edward Mayle, MD

Dr. Mayle was recommended to me for a hip replacement by the surgeon who repaired my shoulder. Dr. Mayle has done almost 2,000 hip replacements and I could not have been happier with my own. From the sterility protocol to the pain management, in addition to the textbook surgical replacement, I was completely satisfied with Dr. Mayle's work. According to my X-ray, I may have another one coming up in a couple of years. If so, Dr. Mayle will be my doctor.

I am a retired physician, and no doubt healthcare delivery has changed significantly in the year since I retire I can only describe DoctorMayle that’s what I would call” old time physician” He answered all of my questions prior to surgery patiently His office respected my time equally with theirs Everything was perfectly planned, and the plans were transmitted to me efficiently I knew what to expect pre-surgery and post surgery Even with all of this, Dr Mayle took the time to personally call me a number of times post surgery to make sure I was doing well It would be impossible for me too over, praise him for his skill and professional demeanor Kudos to his staff as well It’s not really possible to describe a hip replacement surgery is something you’d want to do again But if I did have to do it again, I would certainly go to him Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience with others

Dr Mayle replaced my right knee. He did an excellent job. Is very charming and personable. He also did a partial knee replacement in my left knee. Both are working well.

After Dr Mayle reviewed my hip X-rays w/me I was convinced that hip replacement surgery was needed. I was terrified but his reassurance as well as his efficient team helped relieve my fears replacing them with resolve to go through w/the needed surgery in order to resume an active life that I’m accustomed to. I was guided along the necessary pre surgery actions to take. Day of surgery Dr Mayle visited w/me providing reassurance and support. Again he visited me afterward in my hospital room filling me in on the details again seeing how I was doing. I’m overly pleased with the outcome of my hip replacement. I was able to resume my work Dogwalking only six weeks after surgery with physical therapy and practice. I’ve had my recheck with Dr Mayle. X-rays showed I was healing well. He was pleased with how I’m doing and again I found him to be pleasant kind and really interested in my well being. I highly recommend Dr Mayle to all in need of an excellent surgeon and human… being.

My visit was really good. I was brought in right away, the assistant covered everything in a timely manner and I was taken to x-ray with no waiting. Dr. Mayle had eye contact, spent time assessing my knee talking about my lifestyle showing me the x-rays and talking about Findings. I am very happy with my visit there and would recommend him

I had my left hip replaced in October 2023. From my first visit I was very impressed with Dr. Mayle. He was very professional, kind and showed compassion towards my condition.
