Dr. Robert Carral Mcdaniel, MD

I went to the doctor's phycare office in Kilgore. I went to get my blood tested. I called back for several weeks for results. The had lost my blood so I needed to go back to get it taken again. I was cash pay. But claudia still sent me 2 more sets of Bill's. Very confused girl. Next, I called back to have my ex I had taken 20 us years refilled. They would only refill if I came in every 3 months. Any other doctor refilled the TX for a year. That's ok. The problem is that claudia would not say let me ask the nurse practitioner, tessa McFarland, who apparently is the nurse running the office if she'd refill for a week until I can get in. Initially tried to leave my number for the nurse to call me back, but, the front desk girl refused to leave the message. So my pharmacist sent in a request for 1 week to see if we could get a reply from the nurse, Tessa. They called me back to let me know they'd never seen such hard nosed way of replying with 4 exclamation points that they refuse to… refill. I don't get it..the nurse Tessa will communicate personally on her cell with my husband, but I can't get a call back from her without her front desk girl pushing her authority. I called Dr McDaniels main office to let them know my concern, that I'm not sure if the professional in charge is getting my message to answer my question, only I got the same defensive unprofessional attitude??? I just wanted a question answered from a professional. I don't get it. Sorry dr McDaniels, I e never met you personally, but also left message at your glade water office. Not sure you ever received it. I would never recommend ANY physcare office
