Dr. Robert Gordon Mcneill, MD

We scheduled a tooth extraction for our 8 year old two years ago following an initial consultation (for a fee) and a $250 CT scan. He scheduled it to be done with local anesthesia. On the day of the surgery, our son was hesitant to drink the juice and because of that, Dr. McNeill refused to perform the procedure. He recommended that we wait a year or two until he is a little older. We were fine with this so we waited. It is now 2 years later, and we brought our now 10 year old back to schedule the procedure again. This time, Dr. McNeill refused to consider doing it with local anesthesia and will only do it with an outside dental anesthesiologist at a cost of 4 times more than we originally paid the first time around. Nothing has changed except our sons son's age. We said we do not feel comfortable putting our kid completely under and would like to continue with the original treatment plan. It did not matter. They still refused. We told them that we will be finding a new Dr. And on… top of all this, they still wanted another $47 from us today which we refused to pay.

Dr. McNeill, is absolutely great. I had my wisdom teeth removed at a later age in life because they were up high by my sinuses and giving me problems, my regular dentist would not attempt it because they were so high up but Dr. McNeill was great he removed them with no problem he talked & explained everything to me as he went and the pain was little to none. Thanks Dr. McNeil for making a scary procedure (for me) go very smooth.
