Dr. Robert Hughes Mcqueen, MD

Dr. McQueen is nice on the surface but they withhold information such as turning down the voltage of your pacemaker to increase the time it needs to be replaced. For 2 years the tweaked the voltage and the pacemaker lasted for 12 years but for those 2 years I felt worse and run down and my heart at times felt like it was in distress. 2 years prior the gave the pacemaker 6 months left after getting it checked a few months later it was a year. Alarms went off and I knew it was impossible for the battery to be getting stronger instead of weaker. It wasn't until 2 years of fiddling with it that Dr. McQueen told me they were doing so. He didn't care 1 bit that the messing around with the voltage was causing more problems for me and discomfort but hey they squeezed out another 2 years so who cares how the patient feels. I have gone to college longer than most cardiologists are even required to. I am an educated person and do not appreciate being manipulated by individuals who have no or… little knowledge of what they are doing and very little sympathy for how their patients feel. The staff is also very rude and most of the time are chatting with each other when they have patients waiting to talk to them.
