I am a new patient here and since the first day I walked in to inquire about what insurances they take and until now, they have provided outstanding customer service and still continue to provide it. The front office staff are very friendly including the back office staff. I've been to ghetto dentists in the past but this one is very clean and professional. The treatment I get here is amazing and they actually care! Screw these other negative reviews. I am now a loyal patient. Thanks for all that you do!!

DO NOT GO HERE! The actual office is in a non favorable part of town. Although the actual facility was nice, the service , doctors, and office manger were TERRIBLE. First, they do series of x-rays and pictures of your mouth. I went through an hour + of photos and originally came in for a sensitivity and problem. Once the pictures are completed they sit you down and point out every tooth that they can potentially get money from. In addition, the doctor never even looked in my mouth and insulted my hygiene. Claiming he knows I eat burgers and pizza and I am lazy and don't floss. He even said I had bad hygiene. No words can explain the level of bad client patient service. Then they ship you off to a room and take out a long list of itmes of which you need done and show you payment options. Not only are you not a human in this office but you are a pure dollar amount. Without being looked at that day I was forced to make another appointment to actually get the issue fixed. The Male… office Manager named DAVID was beyond RUDE. Disgusting behavior for Customer Service.. He proceeded to try and force more services than needed and then claimed he would decide when I could come in. I asked if I could view a calendar for scheduling and he said no. I then got him to tell me the doctors take vacation for 2 weeks and they will fit me in when they can. He then booked the immediate service after much back and forth and teeth pulling. pun intended I showed up today to get my tooth filled and they said we don't have you down for an appointment. No apology, no customer service, no sorry for your time. Again the level of service was below a 1 star. Save yourself the time and find a place that treats you well, provides needed services, care, education and makes you feel great about going.

The doctor and staff were great. Very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what problems I was having with my teeth. I highly recommend this office.
