Dr. Robert Ronald Moore, MD

Was a patient my entire life with Dr.Moore. I made into adult so three stars for that. Downside awful hours and limited availability. I went to college and did not visit for 3yrs and had been removed from the patient list due to inactivity and told he was not accepting new patients He had been my primary for 18yrs. When I needed a doctor I found out i had no primary on the cape.not even a phone call to inform me of my removal. Just slightly unprofessional and money grabbing in my opinion. I understand,but a life long patient should come before kickbacks from insurance companies.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for over 23 years. He is always on time. He cares about his patients, the staff are wonderful. Dr. Moore is one of the best doctors on the Cape

I've been with Dr Moore for over 20 years and have never had a problem getting in to see him quickly. He has a photographic memory and recalls details from past problems in great detail. His staff is excellent and manages people and questions quickly without a difficulty. All Dr offices should work as efficient as they do!

Dr. Moore is your best possible choice for a Primary Care Physician. His thoroughness and humble and witty bedside manner is A-One. He explains things to you very well and is always ready to help in any way he can.

I've been a patient for 14 years Dr Moore is an amazing Dr I have never felt rushed never waited more then a few minutes to be seen his wife Donna is the receptionist and has always been friendly and very professional. The only thing that I I would like to see changed is the cleanliness, the floors should be swept more often there is always quite a bit of dust.

Dr. Moore is fantastic, always loved him, his office is just very hard to deal with.

Dr. Moore is an amazing family doctor, we always get in to see him within the first five minutes of arriving. He is very personable and caring. His wife runs a tight ship but is definitely not the hot tempered that these other reviewers make her out to be. Some people clearly have some problems thinking that its outrageous that they have to pay their co-pays, but these are the same people in life who just complain about everything.

The office staff is OK. I really miss the previous nurse, Leslie, who has moved out of state. She was wonderful

This man and his wife have no business in the medical field! His wife is the receptionist and talks down to people like she's better then them, very snotty and rude and only cares about getting her "co-pays" dr. Moore completely misdiagnosed me and then at my checkups he wouldn't remember anything about me, one time he asked me how my headaches have been and I've never had a problem with headaches! He also tries to push meds that he gets cuts from, I was on a med that was working fine for my condition and he wrote me another script and told me to try it and I could takeit alongside of this one and why else would want to over medicate for someone that's under control unless your getting a cut for it. He has giving me wrong antibiotics for certain conditions and when in hospital the doctor couldn't understand why he chose the one he did, it got to the point I would just have to go to hospital when I was sick because I didn't trust him to do what was best for me, he diagnosed and treated… in whatever would get him the most money and it was obvious.

He is only in medicine for the money! He is only open about 20 hours a week, can never get in for a sick appointment, one time I called for a sinus infection and was told he couldn't see me for 2 weeks! His wife is EXTREMELY rude! He told me I had rheumatoid arthritis for years even though I told him I didn't have any joint paint and didn't think I had arthritis and put me on horrible medicine that he probably got a cut from the pharmaceuticals and then found out I did not have arthritis from a specialist and actually found out the real problem from my obgyn! Ridiculous! There was a few times I called him while he was on call and he never returned my phone calls, there was an unpaid appointment wich my insurance said was there fault for not filing correctly and he refused to refill my monthly prescriptions until I paid him when I have full coverage from my insurance and it was his wife's fault! Dr. Are suppose to do no harm, he held my medicatin hostage! They are heartless animals over… there and I have never heard a decent word about him from anyone. My insurance company and pharmacist was disgusted and said what he did was completely in ethical.
