Dr. Robert Gerard Mosley, MD

I was referred to Dr. Mosley for an EGD, after other tests discovered possible explanations for my dysphagia. The nurse that contacted me after the EGD stated that everything looked good, to which I stated that I didn't really understand what that meant. I was told I have a small sliding hernia and osteocytes and I was still experiencing dysphagia. She said there was not seeing any mention of either of those, but she said she'd speak to Mosley and get back to me. Two weeks later, she calls and again states that everything is fine, no record of the two issues, but that she can either set up a follow-up appointment or another type of scope. I told her I'd have to call her back, because I was too f-ing frustrated and I hung up. After a bit, I decided to call back and try to speak to the doctor that referred me or another nurse. I was told someone would be calling me back and same nurse called shortly after. This time she had FINALLY read my whole chart, but told me it was my fault… for not letting her finish before. Three conversations over two weeks, but I didn't give her time to finish?! After this incident, I was terminated as a patient for using obscene language. Frankly, I'm thankful. That level of incompetence in his staff doesn't exactly inspire confidence in his ability to make sound decisions regarding my health.
