One of the most unprofessional arrogant individuals I have ever met. Stay away from this guy.

Dr. Mullan did a wonderful job on my husband's toenails and he was extremely pleased with the doctor.

I am the loved one of an unfortunate patient of Dr. Mullan DPM,Inc. The unprofessional adventure started with being told the process all of which were a complete lie. Then through his incompetent staff a surgery promised within a couple weeks took over 5 weeks to get. On the day of surgery the admitting nurse was clueless and while starting an iv made the patients arm bleed all over the bed before getting it started. Ok so far just ok we can deal but then. I was told to Wait in the surgical waiting room and the dr would see me after surgery stated to be a 40min ordeal. 1.5 hours later I'm finally told I can go to recovery. NO DR NO INFORMATION AT ALL. I then get to recovery where I find out she was not put out for the procedure and has been aware of the whole thing. We were discharged 15min after I was allowed back. STILL NO DR TALKING TO HIS PATIENT OR ME. but ok we see him in the morning we will get answers then. We arrive at a follow up appointment where it's one misstep after… another. No nurse no professional person of any kind! X-rays had to be redone 3 times up with pressure on the injured foot contrary to drs orders. Then for the FINAL STRAW! Dr has left town for 2weeks and no one to help ANY patient. A picture texted to the absentee physician was the FOLLOW UP. There was a need for a prescription change and SURPRISE ONLY THE ABSENT DR CAN DO THAT! ALSO BY THE WAY NOT ONLY HAVE YOU BEEN LIED TO AND DUMPED BY YOUR SURGEON BUT AS AN ADDED BONUS YOU GET TO GO 4weeks without pay because the office and DR DIDNT COMPLETE YOUR WORK PAPERWORK!!! I'm sad to say the patient and I have had a lot of experience with surgeries and we are pretty easy going so when I say this whole thing had a blatant DISREGUARD FOR THE PATIENT. Dr. Mullan was unprofessional and couldn't be bothered to let the patient and family know anything about the procedure or his travel plans,which is a crucial part of any surgery! HAVING NO ACCESS TO YOUR SURGEON 12 hours after surgery for 2weeks with no alternative for help with any issue isn't professional little-lone ethical. AVOID THIS DR AT ALL COSTS.

My appointment was at 2:15. I arrived 10 minutes early and found at least 15 people ahead of me. I stood in line to sign in for 15 minutes and decided to leave after watching his staff on the phone and paying no attention to people in line. No one deserves to be treated like that. I felt so sorry for the very elderly and infirm who were sitting uncomfortable in his tiny waiting room.
