Fax machine needs attention. Faxes sent to him are not acted upon. The only fax that gets attention are faxes sent to the front desk.

He is pleasant and thoughtful, but I don't believe he is thorough enough. For example. I had swollen ankles for the first time in my life, and he didn't pick up on the fact that I was in heart failure. He told me "You are too concerned about your health." I became extremely exhausted within the next 10 days and went in through the emergency room, where I was diagnosed with heart failure and pacemaker failure.
