I am giving this place a 1 star only because that is the lowest score possible on this review! My son in law was referred to this office for a consultation on 2 root canals. After the consult he was scheduled for his first root canal. He was given a prescription to take prior to the appt. He took it, arrived to be seen, numbed in the chair ready to go when the "doctor" came in and told him his tooth was to far gone. He paid almost $200 for nothing! He was scheduled to come back 2 weeks later for a root canal on the second tooth. Again the same thing happened. Only he was charged $285!!! AGAIN for NOTHING! This is a hard working young man who support his family by actually doing manual labor. Something that few boys do this day and time. We are outraged that he has been taken advantage of 2 times by this same doctor! DON'T waste your money here!

I am a returning patient of Dr. Robert Nance and each time the Staff has been friendly and check in was fast. He has always been up front and will tell you what's going on during the procedure. He and his staff will continuously ask if you are doing Ok. In a previous review stated he charged "big bucks", Specialist do charge more and I have never known for a root canal to be cheap. For that being said, Thank you Dr. Robert Nance and your staff for your professionalism.

Horrible experience here. The root canal didn't work. Waited months and months to get relief as he kept giving me antibiotics. Ended up having the tooth pulled elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would go elsewhere!

Had a bad experience with Dr. Nance. Did not fix the problem. Charged big bucks. Unprofessional and uncaring.
