Dr. Robert Stephen Napoletano, MD

This is my second experience using Dr. Napoletano and on both occasions have been more than satisfied with the treatment procedures, information provided, and professionalism of both the Dr. and his staff. This last procedure. a vein abliation, was performed as we are just gradually getting back to going out because of COVID19. The procedures put in place to both enter the building and in the office were very thorough and safe. As for the ablation, I was given plenty of information both before and after the procedure. I had a level of confidence and will have the same procedure performed by him again on my other leg. I would recommend this office.

I have been a patient of Dr Napoletano for over 3 years. He has been following a chronic vascular problem of mine. I have been very impressed with his knowledge of my condition and care. He has always explained everything and taken time answering my questions.

Arrogant, surly, terse, uncaring, but above all...INCOMPETENT! This poor excuse for a doctor turned two tiny, innocuous cuts on my left leg into the worst case of :Acute Cellulitis" that the docs In the ER I was FORCED to go to had ever seen! They said that right in font of me...after horrified gasps! I ended up w/amorphine drip, leg cultures, a vast infection, and a black blood pocket adhering to my left calf..all due to the shocking incompetence of this monster. Excruciating pain, night sweats, heavy pain meds and sleepless nights have permeated my life since seeing this butcher. It is now 12 weeks of daily saline bathe, wound scrapings, bandage changing, and cream adhesives..and the wound is STILL a red as beefsteak, with pain in waves to keep me wailing in agony. With incompetence of this magnitude, litigation against this monster is IMMINENT! RUN AWAY...AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!.

I was referred to this worst excuse for a "doctor" for two relatively small cuts on my left leg which were slow to heal: one near my ankle and one near my knee. It took this butcher LESS THAN A MONTH to turn 2 cuts covered with band-aids into a full-blown leg infection that required a trip to the emergency room, opioid drugs to combat pain, a morphine drip, and follow-up procedures at a wound center. RUN..RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN..FROM THIS HORRIFIC EXCUSE FOR A "DOCTOR!"

I've been going to Dr.Napoletano for a few years & have always been impressed w/ his work. He heals my leg efficiently, answers all my questions, has a pleasant bedside manner. He seems to really care about the patient's problem. Also feel the staff is very efficient & pleasant!! I would & have recommended him to people.

my visit was very disappointing...did not feel like I'm seeing a dr at all...so sad,no feelings whatsoever, cold, business like, his nurse spend more time with me then he did!
