Dr. Robert Leon Nicola

Doctor Nicola's office failed ethically by not informing me at my 1st visit they were not a network dentist. My ins. covered a fraction of what should have been covered by an in network dentist 100%. Dr Nicola's office pushed a balance then occassionally billed what was given the appearance of a co pay. To my surprise they never were in network. If from the onset they would have told me they were out of network I would not have gone to doctor Nicola. Instead they allowed me to continue with cleanings never once mentioning I was out of network until I finally asked questions when my balance reached close to $250 on top of paying "co-pays". For Dr. Nicola's office they had no incentive for me to be informed because I was simply just bottom line to them. Protect yourself when going here and be sure you know they are in network. If not they will feel no obligation to tell you and you won't find out until you receive additional billing from what your ins. Company doesn't cover.
