Dr. Robert Gerald Niebergall, MD

Staff is unprofessional and lazy, Dr is basic. He is nice but very basic

One doctor with at least 4 receptionist's, and they are still to busy to call back. Made an appointment with a Dr. instead i was seen by a physician's assistant and wasn't made aware of this till afterward. After calling multiple times, I was told over the phone by a receptionist my results from a CT. She said and I quote: You've seen a Dr., had your test done, and results given. What more do you want?" By the way the receptionist didn't know what the results meant and neither did I. Very helpful.

Best doctor I've ever seen.

went in for pain in arm and shoulder on Friday. got it x-rayed , still haven't heard nothing Tuesday evening.. still hurting, nothing for pain and I asked for something..

if you are over 70 years of age you will not qualify for any surgeries even if a specialtist wants you to have one. my lab work is a-1 and I have no serious disease. Just back disc probllems

Spent considerable time with me during a wellness exam. Seemed genuinely concerned about symptoms I described. Thoroughly explained potential causes and recommended course of follow up. Good sense of humor put me at ease as a patient.

Of 4 appointments the minimum wait was 1 hour and 15 minutes. His office double and triple schedules patients for the same time frames. Of all the physicians that have attended me, Dr. Neibergall's staff and nurses were the LEAST cordial, professional and effective. The Dr. himself is pleasant enough and did depict an interest in me. However, he also spent an inordinate amount of time just in totally idle conversation. (see comment on timeliness above). He also misprescibed a medication that was corrected by an other doctor. Due to an inappriate billing code submitted by his office manager to my insurance company I was harrassed by a debt collection agency for 3 months. The office manager was totally uncooperative, would not meet with me to discuss the situation. I eventually sought assistance from the hospital CEO. The situation was resolved and I moved on to a real doctors office.
