Dr. Robert J. Nocerini, MD

Phone calls are not returned, if you go to the office the blinds are down, door is locked in the middle of the day when they are supposed to be open. I went to the Denton office. The suite 409 is a different business. Went to the suite, they said he comes in on Wed, just using there ofc. Left numerous messages for Mary with the last 4 not being returned. Doesn't say much for his business. Will be moving on to someone else. They don't answer calls and apparently comes to work when they feel like it.

In the past five months since switching to this practice I have experienced a great deal of pain. Due to issues with sending scripts or filing authorizations (Insurance denied they were ever filed: even though I was told it was done multiple times!) every single month there was an issue. I have been abruptly forced off of my medications on three occasions and left to deal with those consequences alone. Half the time you wait three days or more for a phone call. I have exhausted every excuse for this group! If you are a chronic pain patient looking for a new practice…steer clear of this office! While individually the Doctor and Front desk are nice people, follow through in this office is lacking. This lack of follow through affects and hurts real people. I wish I never came here!

I have been seeing Dr. Nocerini for several months in the Sherman office and will continue. The level of care you get with him and his crew surpasses every doctor I have been to. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I was referred by a friend to Dr. Nocerini to get a second opinion on my back problems.. I live in Plano, but I decided to make the trip to Sherman..After reviewing my MRI, and medical records, he recommended I try a Risotemy, instead of a fourth surgery. This procedure helped reduce my pain 75%... After 8 years of going to the same local spine Dr. hearing another surgery was needed , and he never recommended this procedure. It's been 6 months now and I have also been able to reduce by pain med.. Very patient an knowledgeable MD.. Jim Norton, Plano,Texas

Dr. Nocerini is a bright, caring young man. I received a great deal of help in pain management, both in medication as well as shots, under sedation. I have looked for him for a year, based on some sort of agreement with his previous affiliation. I am delighted to find him again. I have not found the interim care even begins to match his. My rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, pinched nerves as well as spine damage have caused to look for Dr. Nocerini all this time. I highly recommend his ability. He deserves more than five stars!

He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for literally having the doctor sit with me for 10 minutes and to tell me he could not help me. He ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests that have cost me over $300 out of pocket with him offering no solutions.

I started seeing Dr. Nocerini about 3 Months ago and have been Very happy with him & his practice. He listens to what you have to say and he will also tell you his feelings without Sugarcoating it. It is refreshing! I do feel he genuinely cares about the person and the issues you are having and will do what he can to ease/ fix the situation as long as you are also willing to do the work on your end. If you are a person just looking for "Pain Meds" then keep looking. He uses various approaches to help you to be comfortable and improve your quality of life. Call and make an appoinment with his office if you are ready to have your life improved with a Doctor that genuinely cares for his patients.
