Dr. Robert Noriega JR., MD

I experienced a horrible situation with this Dr and his staff. They wrote a nasty letter about my request for verification of who he is, and his office location. After reviewing internet information he seemed to be moonlighting or operating a second gig outside outside his geographic area. I would not consider safe, reasonable or a major stretch of desire to operate out side of his normal geographical area. Causing delays and concern for his expertise and care were unreasonable and only to his financial benefit caused uncaring delays to a patient. His office was rude, obnoxious and very very condensending, also refused to disclose the truth he did not have a locale orange count CA medical practice. He operated out of an executive suite in a non medical setting, but refused to disclose this when requested. THEN claimed I threatened him. Threaten is a vague an obtrusive distortion of using legal avenues and state reporting boards if the doctor favored a defense counsel in a… medical exam. He or his office female wrote that I threatened him, well that sounds like physical harm and that is 100% wrong. He or his office has failed to retract this obtrusive lie. I FEEL HE AND/OR HIS OFFICE IS 100% UNTRUSTWORTHY. HE HAD A SHERRIF MEET ME AT HIS UNDISCLOSSED suite in an office tower like a hotel room for business not a medical office. Medically I felt violated. He hired an off duty officer in full uniform to meet me at his OFFICE TO TELL ME HE WAS UNWILLING TO MEET, WITH NO PRIOR NOTUCE. His condesending same voice femake left a late voice mail he chose to cancel the appointment without reason. WASTING MORE TIME with no regard to a patient injured persons life, care or pain. Major walk across a plaza and then an elevator to the top floor rent a temporary space foe a day like a whole in hotel! HIS GREED TO MOONLIGHT AS AN EVAULATOR FROM OAKLAND AND DELAYING WASTING MY Time FOR APPOINTMENT MONTHS LATER IN NEWPORT IS OUTRAGEOUS AND UNTHINKABLE.. This is INCONCEIVABLE AND DAMAGING. His delayed schedules and travel hundreds of miles to profit outvside his professional medical geografical area is unconscionable and extremely unethical! Especially when asked and denied the truth. He does not practice regualar medical care in or around orange County California. This lack of truth disclosure is irreversible and harmful to paitent who needed additional care and time lost is like paper burned to ashes. Like stock once at 4.95 a share now cost 120.00 as in ASTS. Sorry doc, I needed a new knee and or try pain reduction through stem cells as 75% of those in a knee study with stem cells reprted positive improvements. Not all of them got stem cells upfront. DR. STEMBLOCKS OFFICE PROPOSED STEM CELLS AND OXYGEN CHAMBER.NOW PAIN AND LOST SLEEP IS SEVERE. I SHOULD HAVE HAD THIS AND A a settlement months ago. Lost time and lost money, delayed time in excruciating pain is your fault and you should be sued. Plus punitive damages. I EXPECT THE COURTESY OF A RETRACTION LETYER TO BOTH MY NEW ATTORNEY AND THE DELAYS WITH THE DEFENSE YIUR DEROGITORY LETTER FAVORS AS "THEATENED" IS A VAIGE AND DEROGATORY TERM OUT OF CONTECT S OF LEGAL ACTIONS AND FORMAL MEDICAL BOARDD COMPLIANCE COMPLAINTS. God bless and forgive. lord please bless those who have been harmed by nasty insurance delays situations while healing g should be a priority with passion and time of the essence. Lord please bless my challenged health and God speed more recovery. Legal action pending as workmanship comp denial and possible claim for damages and lack of care, punitive damages here. A retraction letter is expected for nasty one sent to defense or my attorney past or present. I fired my past origonal attorney over this situation!

I waited for over three hours to see the Dr. at an outpatient clinic associated with the hospital. When he came in.. the majority of the visit was spent with the Dr. telling me how great he is and how much experience he has.... I felt he was a real jerk ...He asked who the insurance carrier was... ( why) ... and how come he does not see more case managers bring patient's to him... Well now you know....
