Dr. Norris and his medical staff did an excellent job both pre and post-surgery. They took the time to explain everything clearly and respond to any of my questions. I, or my wife, was kept informed during all stages of the surgical process in a timely manner. The procedure was completed as described (about 3 ½ hours long) and the recovery process was handled professionally by everyone involved. Dr. Norris truly does care about his patients. He even took time to call me at home to make sure everything was going as planned. I highly recommend Dr. Norris to anyone looking for a general surgeon.

I have had very little surgery in my life and I was very scared when I needed some now. Dr. Norris was very kind and patient. He did a good job of explaining my options and answering my questions. and most importantly, my surgery and recovery went well. I would recommend him to others with no reservations. Everyone I dealt with at his office were very efficient but also caring, especially his nurse, Sarah. I am thankful and grateful for their help.

Dr norris was very kind and friendly. I have gotten some rude doctors before so i was so relieved when i met him. He took the time and care to listen and try to figure out the problem. His nurses are excellent also. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Michael Norris exhibited the utmost in Professional Care and skill. His compassion, bedside manner and personal attention were very calming giving me the confidence that a successful surgery was eminent. Also, these same qualities helped tremendously in an expedited, and effective recovery. Dr. Norris deserves a "two thumbs up" for his work and dedication. I can't say enough good things about this very qualified and talented Doctor.

Dr Norris may not be the most talkative guy but he did answer any questions we had and I feel that he does excellent word. He removed my gallbladder and repaired my husband's hernia, neither of us had any post surgery issues, with very quick recovery times. I feel he is very professional and would recommend him to others. Staff was good about explaining things to us including post op care. I don't think any doctors follow up anymore unless you contact them, because you are having issues.

Dr. Norris wasn't extremely communicative during our visit, but I trusted him as a physician. Big mistake. He performed surgery to treat my daughter for Athletic Pubalgia. When we returned because of on-going pain after the procedure (from day one she's hurt for 2 years!), he dismissed us and offered no advice. He claimed she's babied the injury too much, therefore that's why she's still having pain. We are now seeking treatment from a specialist. I would never recommend Dr. Norris.
