Dr Nunoo overlooked excessive bleeding when closing me up after what should have been a routine cholecystectomy. Turned out that he had cut my common bile duct during the procedure, leaving bile leaking freely into my abdomen. This resulted in my having to have reparative surgery, 2 weeks in the hospital, a 6 month recovery period and ongoing gastric issues years later. (Not to mention losing my job, apartment and numerous financial issues. **Side note: I couldn’t find a lawyer in the area to take on a medical malpractice suit, as everything was internal and I wasn’t missing a major organ or body part**)
