He was extremely dismissive of my complaints and also was irritated that I asked questions showing I had some knowledge of my body. It was a horrible experience.

As a former patient for over a year at this office, I have been disrespected and treated horrible by the so call doctors and staff at that office. I have given them way too many chances to get their act together and overlook a lot of errors. For example, during one of my infusion, the staff gave me a stronger dosage (I have been receiving dosages for over a year, so I know what to expect.) Within minutes, I was vomiting. Lastly, I have been in and out of different doctor's offices because of my health. Therefore, the bills were starting to pile up and I did not want to cancel my appt. So, I went in and waited for the so call doctors to see me. When the so call doctor walk-in, he waved good-bye and left the room. I will never go back to their office and I would NOT recommend Carolina Arthritis Center on 2355 Hemby Lane

Highly qualified in the field of rheumatology. He listens to you. He works your joints. He goes over your xrays with you. He works to find the best treatment plan for your situation.

He is a very professional, kind, compassionate Dr.. He always takes whatever time it takes for my questions etc. He is very thorough and always treats my RA in the best way possible for me. He is a great Dr. and he has helped me with RA tremendously!

Dr. Oglesby spent more time with me than any other provider has in a while. He was kind and explained everything to me in a way I could understand and seemed like he really cared for me.

Dr. Oglesby has been a life saver for me and my arthritis. He is thoughtful, caring and wants to make sure I feel the best I can with my arthritis and has helped me more than any other doctor I have seen. I would recommend him to anyone.

After seeing Dr. Oglesby for rheumatoid arthritis for one year, I have concluded that he is not thorough and is also detached and arrogant. After telling him at my last appt. that my feet and toes were causing me the worst pain, he felt all the joints in my fingers, and he felt me knees, and then he said that there wasn't much swelling in either of those. He NEVER examined my feet and toes, which were the sources of my most painful discomfort. He also made a rather offensive remark to me that indicated that he thinks I'm poor. While I certainly am not wealthy, I am by no means poor. I've decided to have my PCP refer me to another rheumatologist who is not in the same practice as Oglesby.
