While the office, facilities and technology is excellent, Robert J O’Neill falls far beneath that bar. His “bedside manner” is nonexistent while his arrogance and rudeness is off the chart. In a conversation with him regarding my mothers care, I asked him, “can I interrupt you for second“ and his responde was “no you can’t, I will LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU CAN TALK”. If this is the type of person you want to interact with, be talked down to and more importantly be in charge of your loved ones care, then proceed. I challenged him on the way he was speaking to me and let him know that I was an adult and not his child. He then sent a registered letter saying that due to MY conduct, they could no longer provide service for my 94 year old parent. Unbeknown to him, we had already obtained another dentist immediately at Virginia Oral and Facial Surgery. The experience has been the difference between day and night. Fair warning - go elsewhere or choose another doctor in the practice. POC… be especially aware that you do not want him!
