Dr. Robert Bellarmin Oneill, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Oneill since 2005. His office staff is friendly enough. His office could use an update in the toy section. I am quite satisfied with my children's care that they receove

first of all horrible staff the front desk girl is so mean and rude all of them and the doctor is nice but he seems clueless on how to handle kids like a robot . no tv or toys on the waiting area has like two but they are old. I just went for one visit and ran out of there I needed my childs immunization cards they asked me for an explanation for everything it seems like they don't want to work at all horrible.

I'm very disappointed by the office manager in this office. She is very rude. She thinks she owns the office. She was rude in various occasions and talks back. She has no manners and no respect for customers. I asked to speak to the doctor and left several messages never got a called back. I was out of town and needed to speak to the doctor regarding my daughter's ear infection and asthma attack. I confronted the doctor on why I did not get a call back. He told me that he did not call me back because he thought I wanted to complaint. was... I think this is unprofessional!!!!!

I have no complaints about the doctor or the staff. He is an excellent doctor. Answers all of your questions an will not leave the room until you are satisfied with his explanations. I neer have to wait too long for my son to be seen. On several occassions, I have made it to my appointment about a half hour early and when the office is empty or nearly empty, they take care of us immediately and I'm out in no time. If I call with an urgency, he will see my son the same day. However, I'm concerned over how dingy, dirty and outdated his waiting room is. He has a plastic kid's table and some other toy there for the kids to play with, but they are both very old and dirty. It should be more kid-friendly. Also, this is a pediatrician's office and they have no changing table? I find it very uncomfortable to have to change the baby on top of the bed or on the chairs in the waiting room. My last quirk is just the location. I have to pay roughly $8 for parking every visit because it is located in… Palmetto Hospital.
