Dr. Robert Roy Orr

Dr Orr was very good. He spent a long time taking a complete history. He just didn’t look at some paperwork. He actually took his own hand written notes. He spent close to 30 minutes with me on my initial appointment. The problems is with the staff. When there were problems getting the equipment for my CPAP calls were unanswered. More then three voice mails were left and went unanswered. On their patient portal a patient can compose a message. Two messages left were unanswered. It took calling another department to get a return call. One month later no equipment and now told to make another appointment by the staff.

He took time with us, explained the situation, and approached our case with care.

Dr. Orr takes his time and is very thorough making sure you understand every step of your health care plan .

I have been a patient of this provider for years now and I completely trust his decisions and treatment procedures.

Excellent provider. Takes the time to answer questions of concern, very courteous and knowledgeable. I feel very lucky to have him as my provider.
