Went to urgent care, was seen by Dr. Pachner...nice guy, very personable/knowledgeable AND a sense of humor, plus diagnosis/treatment was spot on. Would love to have him for PCP.

I met Dr. Pachner through a visit to the Aurora Walk In Clinic in Grafton and am so thankful that he was my doctor. There was no rushing the process. He was thorough, very compassionate and really had just a great way about his work. There is no doubt that he is passionate. We discussed my concerns on taking any drugs. He listened and really helped my understand the course of action that needed to be taken. I never felt like I was at a walk in clinic. I felt like I was seeing my GP that I have seen for years! A big thank you to Dr. Pachner for the difference you make every day!

I used the walk in clinic and do not currently have a primary physician so I was a little nervous going in to begin with. His nurse was very pleasant, professional and thorough. I was equally impressed with Dr. Pachner with the procedure I had along with the very thorough after care instructions. Would highly recommend.

The doctor was very kind and caring. He was also very professional in caring for my 5 month old daughter. I would go back to this urgent care in Grafton any time my children have a problem.

Dr. Pachner was great!. I had an issue and he was able to help me right away and made sure all my questions were answered. I am always a little nervous going to doctors but he made my visit very pleasant. Thank you again for the great service from Dr. Pachner and his two nurses.
