Dr. Robert Todd Parkey, MD

Dr. Parkey truly cares for his patients and is extremely knowledgeable. He is hands down the pediatrician in the valley!

I love everything about this Doctors office. The receptionists are great. His nursing staff is awesome and so nice and personable. And Dr. Parkey truly cares about his patients. He has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for my son. He has never made me feel silly for my concerns, explains everything in detail, and always covers all of his bases when it comes to ruling out possible illnesses. I am really grateful to have him as my sons pediatrician and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

But his staff was retched!! The women at the desk seemed very stuck up and thought they knew everything. Kept telling me that my insurance wouldn't cover, even though I called and checked. They refused to let me even make an appointment until they called and talked to my insurance. They had zero flexibility with appointments. Then they billed me twice. Thank god I kept my receipt because they were adamant that I hadn't paid my copay!!
