Dr. Phillips is an excellent provider. He was hands down THE BEST physician I have ever seen. Was very thorough, concerned for my health, asked all the right questions. I even asked him if he had clinic hours so that I could become a regular patient of his (since my physician recently retired).

Dr. Phillips cares and really shows genuine interest in your personal health care. I have not found a great doctor like Dr. Phillips since he left Baltimore. There are so limited professionals such as Dr. Phillips in the field of medicine. My health improved significantly when I worked with Dr. Phillips. I pray that I will be able to one day obtain another Medical Professional such as him.

Being as though I have a very complex dermatological disorder, Dr. Phillips is the first doctor that actually listened to me, he asked me relative questions, examined me and made me feel like he cared about my symptoms/disorder, instead of blowing me off. He was definitely a Class Act!!
