Dr. Robert Elliot Pickard, MD

After reading the reviews on the MD my wife decided to go see Mr Pickard due to an issue she had with a blockage in her ear. The Doctor was able to clean out her ears and also prescirbed some drops for her ear. Unfortunatley the drops he prescribed caused her to have a ringing in her ear. She called the Doctor and he was quick in asking her to come in. Little did we know he was unwilling to give her much information on the issue with her hearing and also charged us for the visit. Even a bit of false hope would have been acceptable but I guess he's just worried about the mistake he made prescribing my wife some drops that will probably affect her hearing from now on. If you are looking for a ETN MD please look elsewhere as it seems MR. Pickard is just looking into your pocketbook.

Very poor time management. When I came I was told I had to wait an hour, despite appointment and confirmation call. For a non-emergency physician this is unacceptable. Patient's time is as valuable as doctor's time. Waiting room is small and crowded and unpleasant. I would not recommend this doctor.

I had an urgent need to see an ENT and none of the other practices I called cared. When I called Dr. Pickard I immediately felt that caring tone in the receptionist's voice and was accommodated with a same day appointment even though I was unknown to the office. When the Dr. came in, he diagnosed and worked in a caring manner and understood and acknowledged my obvious distress. His treatment was gentle, careful and thorough. I felt cared for and when I attempted to thank him and his staff for the emergency visit-they all said that is what this office does routinely-care for patients when there is a need. Thank you Dr. Pickard and staff.

Dr. Pickard is the one to see. The doctor is very patient but most important he listens to the patient and evaluates all the concerns. Beautiful office and wonderful staff. My husband and I recommend him to everyone we know. Dr. Pickard is the one to trust.

This doctor and his office are professional and run a very impressive practice.
