As always Dr. Pintauro is the model of what an appropriate bedside manner should be. With the MDVIP program my appointments are right on time.

I love Dr Pintauro and Annie. They are both so caring and spend time to comfort you. Two complaints, both with the front desk. Appointments are not scheduled correctly. I have waited over two hours to get in to see the doctor. Also, sometimes I feel like I'm treated so rudely. I've called for a referral and told they aren't done on that day and call later in the week...even after I've told the receptionist I need the referral that day. Too bad Dr Pintauro and Annie can't work the front desk also.
